ABOUT THE COURSE
The Southen African HIV Clinicians Society has recently released a new course on tuberculosis (TB). This course has been developed for all cadres of clinicians wanting to deepen their knowledge of TB and remain up to date with the latest guidance, much of which has evolved in recent years.
The content aligns with the latest South African National Department of Health guidance, and comprehensively covers the field of TB for both adult and paediatric patients.
It has been developed by specialists from a number of different specialties, all of whom are experts in their sectors in the field of TB.

COST
The cost of the course is R2,000 ex VAT (R2,300 incl VAT) per learner.*

DURATION
This online course will typically take 2 - 4 weeks to complete. 
Once registered on the course, you will have access to the course for a period of 6 months and can return to it at any time during that period. The course is self-paced, consisting of presentations that you can work through at you own time. Certain resources, such as relevant guidelines, have been provided so that you can easily access and download them for further reading and future reference.
 
CPD
The full course is accredited for Level 1, 20 CPD points.
Learning outcomes are established at the beginning of each module. Each module contains a 5-question multiple-choice assessment (quiz). At the end of the course there is a final assessment of 30 multiple-choice questions.
