International Workshop on HIV Drug Resistance and Treatment Strategies 2017

For the past 25 years, the International HIV Drug Resistance and Treatment Strategies Workshop has gained the reputation as the premier academic meeting on antiretroviral drug resistance.
For the past two years, the workshop has focused specific attention on the causes and spread of HIV drug resistance in low- and middle-income countries (LMIC). To further raise the awareness of the consequences of antiretroviral resistance in LMIC and to improve knowledge on resistance in the areas with the highest burden of disease, the next workshop is being held in Johannesburg, South Africa, from 6 - 8 November 2017.
